Refund policy
Galleria Unlimited is a made-to-order shop, meaning that all items are only produced once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not accepted if a customer orders the wrong size, color, or has a change of mind.
However, we have a 14-day return policy in case of a damaged product or manufacturing error. You must contact us within 30 days of product delivery to receive either a replacement item or refund.
Instructions To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days at galleria.unlimited@gmail.com. Type either "Damaged Product" or "Manufacturing Defect" in the subject line of the email. Lastly, you must attach a clear photo highlighting the issue. DO NOT attempt to return your item. There is no need to return the product(s).
If there is an issue affecting multiple items, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that Galleria Unlimited is not responsible for and will not offer replacements or refunds to customers that ordered the wrong size, color, or variation of a design. You can always contact us at galleria.unlimited@gmail.com with any questions you might have. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. For designs on fabric, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. Therefore, minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered defects.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received your complaint and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at galleria.unlimited@gmail.com.
