1. Where do your products ship from?

Our items are produced and shipped by trusted partners located across the U.S. Your order will be routed to the closest fulfillment center to reduce shipping time whenever possible.

2. How long is processing time?

All products are made-to-order. Processing typically takes: 2–5 business days to produce and prepare your order for shipment.

3. What are your shipping times?

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed.                                         

USA: 3-7 business days                                                                                        International: Not available at this time.                                                                 

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. 

4. Will my items arrive together?

Possibly not.
Because we use multiple production partners, your items may ship separately depending on the product type. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin production quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of ordering. After production starts, we cannot modify or cancel the order.

6. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

No worries — just contact us!
If your item is damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us within 14 days with "Damaged Product" or "Maufacturing Defect" in the subject line along with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly replace it for you at no cost.

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, wrong color, etc.).
However, if there is a manufacturing issue, we will replace the item free of charge. 

8. How do I track my order?

Once your item ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can use that link anytime to follow your package’s journey.
